Order Cancellation Policy

At Maryam Gondal, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted under specific conditions. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation only in the following cases:
✅ The product is out of stock or unavailable.
✅ A technical issue caused an error in pricing or order processing.
✅ The cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy if applicable.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be refunded, but customers may opt for store credit if applicable.

4. Exceptions & Important Notes

🚫 Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
🚫 Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
🚫 Any cancellation requests due to change of mind may not be accepted.
