• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Items on sale, discounted, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return requests will only be accepted if there is a size issue, defect, or wrong item received.

• Refunds are only issued in case of defective or incorrect items.
• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
